How to delete your account

1. Send a deletion request to abogdo@accidntes.com.
2. Use the email address linked to your account so we can verify ownership.
3. Include your full name and the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

If you need help with this request, contact support directly by email.

Data deleted after verification

• Account access data (login credentials and profile information).
• Course learning data linked to your account (enrollments, progress, quiz attempts, reviews, certificates).
• Wishlist, cart items, mobile API tokens, and uploaded avatar files.

Data that may be retained

• Limited billing and transaction records when retention is required by tax, legal, or anti-fraud obligations.
• Operational support logs that must be kept for compliance and security investigations.
